About
Education and research are pillars of the Aurora Health Care electrophysiology (EP) programs. The program's commitment to education dates back more than 20 years when only the second generation of electrophysiologists was being trained at only a few locations throughout the world. One of them was Sinai Samaritan Hospital, now Aurora Sinai Medical Center, which accepted its first two trainees in 1987 under the direct mentorship of Masood Akhtar, MD. As of July, 1, 2001, the programs' primary site of training takes place at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.
Below you will see the combined scholarly activity of program faculty and fellows. If you would prefer to see only faculty scholarly activity or only fellow scholarly activity, go to the appropriate page.
