    About

    Anwer Dhala, MD, specializes in cardiovascular disease and electrophysiology. Dr. Dhala is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He has special interest in the genetic focus of long QT syndrome and syncope (fainting) in the pediatric population.
    In addition to his practice, Dr. Dhala serves as a clinical associate professor of medicine and a clinical professor of pediatrics. He has published articles in, and is a reviewer for, the Journal of Clinical Electrophysiology and the American Journal of Cardiology, and has co-authored articles for other major journals, including the New England Journal of Medicine. Dr. Dhala is a national and international speaker, having presented at numerous conferences and annual meetings.
