Barbara E. Ruggeri, MLIS, AHIP, Library Manager for the Advocate Health - Midwest Library, leads a team of librarians who connect teammates with evidence-based information in support of patient care, education and research. Prior to joining Advocate Health Midwest Library, she served as Life & Health Sciences Librarian at Carroll University, Waukesha, WI and also as Clinical Services Librarian for the Medical College of Wisconsin Libraries branch at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin. Her research interests include health literacy, teaching information literacy, citation analysis and interprofessional education.
