About
Carl Chojnacki, APNP, is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with special interest in adult endocrinology, focusing on the care of patients with diabetes, thyroid disease and other endocrine-related medical conditions. As an advanced practice nurse practitioner, Carl can assess, diagnose and treat common endocrine disorders, as well as order and interpret laboratory data and diagnostic tests. He likes to note that on-site clinic resources can be coordinated for patient convenience, including bone scans, thyroid ultrasounds, infusions, specialty testing and diabetes education. Located at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center, the clinic is linked to additional resources when necessary.
