Dr. J. Kayle Lee is a trauma surgeon and surgical intensivist at Advocate Christ Medical Center, the site director for the Advocate General Surgery Residency Program, and clinical assistant professor of surgery at the University of Illinois, Chicago and at Rosalind Franklin University School of Medicine. Her education and medical training were at Cornell University, Rush University, University of Illinois at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Northwestern University. Aside from her work in the areas of trauma surgery, acute care surgery, and critical care, Dr. Lee has interests in surgical education, medical missions, global surgery, DEI, and surgical ergonomics.
