As a family medicine physician, Jeffrey Tiemstra, MD, believes in a long-term partnership with the patient and developing a relationship based on trust, openness, and shared decision making using the best medical information available. Dr. Tiemstra earned his medical degree from Rush Medical School, Chicago, IL and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.
