I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Concordia University- Mequon. My primary focus during that schooling was to assist adults to lose weight. My Masters of Science in Nursing from Marquette University was obtained in 1999 at which time I joined the clinic in West Bend as a Nurse Practitioner.
As a Nurse Practitioner, I work with a team of caregivers to provide patients with high quality, comprehensive health care. My experience includes 10 years of hospital time in Emergency and Cardiac Care Departments. My practice philosphy as a primary care provider offers a strong emphasis on patient education and wellness. I enjoy getting to know each patient and family in order to customize an individualized plan of health and care that meets their needs and fits their lifestyles.
Born in Milwaukee, I was raised in West Bend and now live in the beautiful Kettle Moraine. I have been married since 1996 to Todd, an Elementary School Teacher. We have 2 highly active sons. I am a Board member of the Kettle Moraine YMCA. I am involved in community health educational activities. I love being outdoors in nature, participating in many forms of exercise, and enjoying nutrition as a foodie.
