    Tricia is the manager of Graduate Medical Education at Aurora Health Care.  She has worked in medical education for the last ten years with a focus on residency/fellow programs and physician recruitment.  Tricia joined Aurora Health Care in December of 2013 as the Medical Education Recruitment Specialist.  In this role, Tricia was responsible for helping medical students, residents and fellows understand the business side of medicine as well as assist them in obtaining the best job to fit their talents.  In 2016 Tricia started as the Graduate Medical Education Manager at Aurora Health Care and has continued to work with Medical Students and Medical Residents on the business side of medicine.  Prior to joining Aurora Health Care, Tricia worked in the Office of Faculty Affairs & Diversity at the Medical College of Wisconsin as the Faculty Employment Coordinator & Supervisor.  In this role she worked with incoming Faculty as well as Faculty Development and Promotion.  Tricia has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
